H2O Logistics is hiring self-employed delivery drivers in the Edinburgh area. Collect pre-sorted parcels from the local depot, load your own van, run a fixed route, and finish your day at the last drop - no return to depot. This is a self-employed contractor role, not PAYE employment. You'll be paid per route completed, with weekly settlement. Fuel costs are reimbursed. Day rates (before VAT) - Standard route (approx. 9 hours): £176.30 - Large route (approx. 9 hours): £192.55 - Onboarding (1 induction day + 2 ride-along days): £128.70 Performance bonuses are paid based on delivery quality and efficiency. Once VAT registered, you'll invoice inclusive of VAT (e.g. £211.56 standard, £231.06 large). Schedule You choose which days to accept assignments, up to 6 consecutive days per week (health and safety limit). Most drivers work 4-5 days. Vehicle You'll need a short wheelbase van (minimum 5m³).
