Simba Courier Logistics is a Glasgow-based courier service delivering for the world's largest eCommerce platform across Ayrshire and Greater Glasgow. Your parcels arrive sequenced and ready to go — turn up 30 minutes before departure, load your van, and you're out on the road. What you get You'll earn £405–£528 a week with no upfront costs or deductions, plus performance, attendance and safety bonuses on top. We provide new vans, a fuel card, van insurance and uniform — so there's nothing to buy and nothing taken out of your pay. Training is paid, the start is immediate, and strong performance can lead to a permanent role. What we're looking for You'll need a full UK or EU driving licence and proof of right to work in the UK. We can accept up to 6 points on your licence, but no DR, DG or IN endorsements and no TT codes. You'll also need to pass a DBS check. Six months of delivery experience is preferred — with the likes of Royal Mail, Amazon, Evri, DPD, Yodel, Tesco, Asda or DX — but it's not essential. You should be confident using a smart device (or quick to pick up new tech), have a good level of fitness for loading and multi-drop work, and be reliable, punctual and safety-conscious behind the wheel. The role day-to-day You'll drive a multi-drop route across Glasgow and the surrounding areas, loading your van at the depot and following a sequenced route via a handheld device. Expect heavy lifting during loading and delivery, and a focus on getting parcels to customers safely, on time and with good service. Getting started We support you through the full self-employed setup. After a successful first interview, you can be on the road in one to two weeks or less. Simba Courier Logistics Ltd is an inclusive, equal opportunities provider.
