Which plans include driver management?
Every paid plan - Starter, Standard, Enterprise and Custom. The Free tier can post a job but doesn't include the management suite.
Do you store copies of driver documents?
No. We store expiry dates and references only (for example a right-to-work share code or policy number). That keeps your GDPR footprint small while still giving you reliable reminders.
Can I add drivers I didn't hire through Delivery Driver HQ?
Yes. Add any driver manually with their name, contact details, vehicle and rate. They sit alongside your DDHQ hires on the same roster.
Is this shift scheduling or payroll software?
No, deliberately. It's day-level capacity planning - how many drivers you need versus who's available - plus fleet and compliance tracking. We don't do shift patterns, timesheets, payroll or invoicing.
How do the reminders reach me?
A single daily alert in your business dashboard bell, combining every driver document and vehicle check entering the 60, 30 or 7-day window. Each item is only ever flagged once per window.
