An employed van job, not a gig

What the shifts look like

Breaks are paid and built into the route, and vans are loaded before you arrive. The physical side is real: across a week you can carry close to a tonne of shopping from the van to the door, including up flights of stairs, and every tote is lifted by hand.

Ocado sets hourly rates by site, with premiums for evenings and weekends, so headline figures move with location.
